Welcome one and all
This is my Aikido blog. I'm actually a beginner in Aikido so don't expect to be getting any amazing insight here. Mostly I wanted to start this blog to help track what I've been doing in class.
I started Aikido about a month ago. Fitting it into my schedule was and still is the hardest part. I do everything I can to make time for it. I'm not sure if the training has done anything for me physically as yet but I can say with some assuredness that there have been huge mental benefits.
